Have you ever been full of Pride? Of course you have, we all have been! Its amazing that sometimes we don't even realize that we are. Until God shows us.

St. Augustine has a quote that I love "It was pride that changed angels into devils; it is humility that makes men as angels."

It was pride that made Lucifer believe that he was worth more glory then what he was giving! It was pride that lead to his fall, and it can lead to ours!

In 1 Peter 5:6 it says "Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you."

If we want God to exalt us, we have to be willing to Humble ourself. We have to be willing to take the focus off us, and put it on God!

Humility is the act of saying less of me, and more of you God. I will do what you ask me to do, I will go where you send me. I just want Your name known, not mine.

That is what true Humility is!
